Biography
Hi! I'm Dawn Grogan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 10 years of experience working with active duty military, adult survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety and ADHD. I utilize evidence based treatments to Include: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. I am also trained in Applied Thomistic Psychology and welcome those interested in this approach to their mental health treatment. My first priority is to meet you where you are in your journey and to provide an accepting, non-judgmental environment. I provide practical skills, resources and techniques from your first session to begin to help you begin to feel better. I look forward to working with you soon.
